Police Commissioners, PBA Reach Tentative Agreement

The agreement is subject to ratification.

 

The Board of Police Commissioners of the Port Washington Police District announced it reached a tentative memorandum of agreement with the Port Washington Police Benevolent Association on a collective bargaining agreement.

The agreement covers a three-year period from Jan. 1, 2010 through Dec. 31, 2012. The last PBA contract expired in December 2009. 

According to Commissioner Angela Mullins, the new agreement is subject to ratification.

In other words, assuming it's ratified, they'll be in openers in a few months.
