Port Washington and nearby rescuers responded to an incident at on Port Washington Boulevard where a man fell while on the roof.
The incident occurred at about 10 a.m. on Thursday. and from Port Washington were on the scene, as well as responders from Manhasset-Lakeville.
“The aided fell while on the roof and claimed a back injury,” said Assistant Police Chief James Salerno, of the Port Washington Police District. “Once removed from roof, he refused transport to [the] hospital.”
