Fish and produce headline this week’s specials. Not all deals are limited to the big chains. Area grocery “boutique” stores have some good values especially for meat, fruit and vegetables.

Since A&P owns both Pathmark and Waldbaums, many of the same items are on sale at both stores.

For those with septic systems, King Kullen has a good loss leader on Scott bath tissue, plus five or six other items listed to entice you into the store.

TIP OF THE WEEK: Scotch tape return labels sent by patriotic and charitable groups  to cell phones, glass cases, etc. It may help the return of lost or misplaced items.
