 s)\, here's the info:A childbirth preparation class (good for 1st timers
  or as a refresher course)taught by an accredited birthing coach with ov
 er 30 years of experience.&nbsp\;Participants will learn what to expect 
 from the birthing experience\, painmanagement techniques\, and hospital 
 policies among other topics. Class will beheld February 11th from 10am -
  4pm.A pregnancy journaling and creative writing class where expectant m
 oms can honorthis incredible time in their lives and enjoy the company o
 f other pregnantwomen. Participants will create a journal from scratch a
 nd share discoveriesthrough guided writing exercises.Class will be held 
 Tuesday evenings from 7 - 8 PM beginning Jan. 31st.
