 rtant ballet  companies in history\, Serge Diaghilev&rsquo\;s Ballet Rus
 se de Monte Carlo. That  company was known for its legendary dancing\, l
 avish sets and costumes\, all in a  glamorous atmosphere. The American B
 allet Russe&rsquo\;s jewel box productions combine  exoticism and theatr
 icality with vibrant dancing.
