Actor Robert Davi To Be Honored: Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano will join with officials from Hofstra University in honoring Hollywood legend Robert Davi at a luncheon being held on Aug. 29 at 2 p.m. Davi will be presented with the Long Island Television and Film Commission's Life Achievement Award before performing before thousands of local residents at a concert in Eisenhower Park. The luncheon is being sponsored by the Nassau County Film Commission at the Hofstra University Club.
