What is the story on Baked to Perfection?  They have great products - creative and artistic.  However - I went there recently and the customer service just gets worse and worse.  As I dropped another $30 for a plate of cookies this week, the youg lady behind the counter made me feel like she was doing me a favor.  Next time Ill try one of those nice places on Port Blvd

Agree!! I went Easter Sunday. I don't think these people remember that they need customers. The place was empty, just like the shelves. I ordered 4 croissants, but when I requested they be put in a box, it was as though I asked for the impossible. Begrudgingly, the grump behind the counter did so. My $10 was not well spent. Shame on them

Whenever I am displeased by service at any business, restaurant, retail store, mechanic shop, etc. I tell the boss. I send emails to customer service and let the business owners/managment know exactly how I feel. I hope that when I am not up to my expected performance in my business that my customers will let me know. Every business has shortcomings. It's in everyones best interest to direct your comments, concerns and compliments to the establishment.

I agree, I just walked out. The girl couldn't be bothered and it showed in her smug face. Go to St. Honore....I don't go anywhere else now.
