Great Haircolor, No Commitment

One common issue we always get during a color consultation is about haircolor maintenance. Many times, this is the deal breaker that turns clients away from what would otherwise be a great addition to their look; enter demi permenent haircolor.

Demi permanent haircolor is one of the most versatile products available today. At C3 Salon, we use demis to enhance, blend, cover, refresh, add shine and much more. Demi permanent haircolor is an ammonia-free, non oxidizing haircolor that will gradually fade after about 6 weeks. It's perfect for those "color shy" clients that want to give haircolor a try without the commitment.

For Enhancing Existing Color
Yes, all haircolor fades. Even with gentle, infrequent shampooing, haircolor does lose a touch of it's original luster after some time. Scheduling a color refreshing glaze in between your regular haircolor services will ensure vibrancy.

Gray Blending
An ideal gray blending solution. Gray blending has soared in popularity in recent years with many older clients embracing their more mature looks. With demi permament haircolor, hair regrowth looks diffused and "roots" don't show.

Gray Coverage
For clients just starting to go gray, demi permanent color will give coverage without oxidizing over the 6 weeks period. Unlike permanent haircolor, demis are ammonia free. This means hair will not look warmer as haircolor fades. Demi permanent haircolor fades "on tone." This means that browns stay brown, golds stay golds, etc.

After Texture Services
You can use demi permanent haircolor immediately after relaxers, perms and keratins treatments. Processing and heat sometimes lightens haircolor and this is a great way to freshen up haircolor.

Don't forget the shine
Clear glaze formulas add shine without any color deposit. Perfect for every color from deep wine red to medium golden browns. We recomened a clear glaze for medium to dark hair to avoid looking "flat."

Stop into C3 Salon for a complimentary haircolor consultation with Dominic from Tuesday through Sunday.

Congratulations Adina! Well deserved.

Because of her outstanding work, Adina has been promoted to a new position at Patch. She has takenRead More on more of a regional role, but you will still get to enjoy much of her work here in Port Washington.

I hope the closing is only temporary. I purchased milk and other items from Dairy Barn for manyRead More years. Always got good quality products. Never had a problem.
Nassau Taxpayer May 23, 2013 at 03:55 pm
With the loss of "D-Barn", the lack of a drive-through convenience store creates a voidRead More worth filling.

There was very little publicity about the budget this year. I was disappointed that the increase wasRead More over 3.5 percent. We still haven't addressed the salary issues and maybe we never will. Until the salary and benefit package is decreased, there will never be a reduction in the cost of education in Port Washinton.
NYB May 23, 2013 at 03:33 pm
What does it matter? No matter what you do, the budget increase will pass. Just empty your pocketsRead More and move on.

Historically, that was a problem with "NO" voters...

if we are going to sell off our 40 spot lot why not advocate for the LIRR to chip in and helpRead More building the 2 or 3 story parking lot on Haven? with more trains and more population we need more parking. we are fooling ourselves that this is not a "Hicksville" type train station. we are a main hub and it needs a substantial parking lot that will help commuter parking and help retail parking in the main lots off of main street. anyone who does not want that parking lot built needs to really ask themselves why not. if we can build a new car wash on a main cut through street for no reason we can get this done with the same traffic nightmares!!! BTW during construction which im sure will take at least a year. where will those people park? in the other lots, so us who take the 808 train will get screwed bc we will not have a place to park now.
Nassau Taxpayer May 23, 2013 at 12:52 pm
Good spot for a multi-story municipal/LIRR garage, given the height of terrain behind it.
Bob May 20, 2013 at 06:28 pm
I agree. This lot should be open all the time. Maybe there is a potential liability issue butRead More let's see if it can be worked out.

A 135 million dollar budget with another 5 million+ assured for next year, teachers have to buyRead More "school supplies" in Port Washington? Are you kidding?
