Steven Fishbane, MD, North Shore-LIJ Health System vice president for network dialysis services, and Lionel Mailloux, MD, senior attending physician in medicine/nephrology at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, will be taking part in a chronic kidney disease health education program.
The program, entitled “Healthy Transitions: A comprehensive health education program for patients with advanced chronic kidney disease,” will be held at 145 Community Drive in Manhasset on Wednesday, February 13, at 7:30 p.m. The doctors will discuss recognizing chronic kidney disease and its wide-ranging effects.
This educational program is one of the Long Island Transplant Recipients International Organization’s monthly meetings.
