Instructor Debbie Mastrocinque explained:

“Zumba is an exercise class that borrows movements from Latin dances such as cha cha, mambo, salsa, and meringue, and combines them to create a high energy, total body work-out,” she said. “The choreographed routines are a combination of slow and fast rhythms to target the heart, arms, legs, ‘glutes’ and abdominals.”

Children’s Yoga is taught by Lisa from Practice. This popular program inspires stretching, stories, imaginative play – all the while introducing poses to pre-schoolers.

And due to popular demand, we've added an additional Children’s Yoga class on Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m. The class is also taught by Lisa.
