The FLG Box Lacrosse training lets players expand their knowledge of the game by exposing them to all styles of play. Over an eight-week period, players will have the opportunity to work on a variety of skills, such as picking, screening, cutting, and scoring off rebounds, that they may not normally focus on. The box tournament takes place during the final three to four weeks, concluding with Championships and an All-Star game on the last day. Register today!
