No mention of the brewing battle over PSE&G high voltage power pole installation and tree trimming plans?  And why is moving the infrastructure underground only now being considered (as an "amenity"), when it has been obvious for decades that it was the only survivable means of ensuring power distribution on a wind and storm-swept island?
