Schreiber High School Hosting Eighth Annual College Consortium

Paul D. Schreiber High School in the Port Washington School District will host the eighth annual College Consortium on April 9. Parents and students from the East Williston, Locust Valley, Manhasset and Port Washington school districts are invited to attend and meet representatives from more than 80 colleges and universities.

Spearheaded by the Paul D. Schreiber High School administration and guidance office, the annual event brings college alumni and admissions representatives to the school to increase the direct access families have with colleges that students are interested in attending.

The event will begin at 6:35 p.m. with a panel discussion focusing on key changes and issues affecting college admissions. Afterward, parents and students will have the opportunity to participate in the college fair segment of the event, during which college representatives will be available to speak with guests about their programs, admissions procedures and application processes.
