'Rocky' and Burt Young Draw Big Crowd Saturday
Cinema on the Bay series kicks off new season.
Port Washington's own Burt Young made an appearance Saturday at Sunset Park to take in an outdoor showing of "Rocky."
A big crowd was on hand to view the classic film which was the first of the season for the annual Cinema In The Park series.
Sponsored by the Town of North Hempstead and Residents for a More Beautiful Port Washington, the event featured a film introduction and a meet-and-greet with Young, who plays Paulie in the popular 1976 film starring Sylvester Stallone as Rocky and Great Neck's own Talia Shire as Adrian.
"Everybody, I hope you all have a good time tonight," said Young. "Me too, it's been a while seen I've seen this movie. I hope the new kids enjoy themselves."
