Fall Open House & Tour

Come join us for our Fall Open House to see our social model day programs in action!  Watch our facilitators as they engage participants in stimulating word games, challenging triva activities; enjoy a performance by 4 singers accompanied by a gifted pianist as they entertain our participants in the afternoon, from 12:30-1:30pm. CVS will also be here on-site from 10-2pm to adminster preventive flu shots as a way of reducing your risk of coming down with the flu! You can also speak with one of our social workers who will be happy to review our programs and services in more detail!  Just call 516 767 6856 to register!
