Nassau County Executive Congratulates Two New Eagle Scouts

Port Washington natives Matthew E. Canigiani and Arjuna Lal were honored by County Executive Edward P Mangano for advancing to the Eagle Scout rank.

Matthew E. Canigiani, and Arjuna Lal, both of Port Washington, were honored by Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano for earning their Eagle Scout Awards.

The title of Eagle Scout, which is held for life, is the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouting program of the Boy Scouts of America.

Also on hand to celebrate the achievement were representatives from the Theodore Roosevelt Council of the Boy Scouts of America: Jay Garee, Scout Executive and CEO; Eric Anderson, Council Commander; Sal Ciampo, Council President and Gerald Kaiser, former president.
