Blue and purple ribbons are adorning Port Washington. They were posted about town by friends and well-wishers who continue to keep Sydney, injured in a sledding accident Feb. 10, in their prayers.
Friends of the family, who say Sydney is stable, believe that the power of prayer is working. The colors, light blue and purple, are Sydney's favorite colors.
The ribbons were donated by S.F. Falconer Florists, which also helped volunteers craft the bows.
