Snow Frosts Port Washington Tuesday

A look at some snow scenes from across the area.

A wet, wintery snow is creating a wintery blanket over Port Washington.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Port Washington until 5 p.m. as forecasters predict snowfall accumulations from 3-5 inches. The snow is predicted to taper off around 4 p.m. , in time for the evening rush.

Drivers are warned to be careful as the snow "will create icy and hazardous travel conditions."

Have a picture of the snow, share them on our Port Washington Snapshots Board hereWe hope to feature them on Patch later today.
