Dejana Foundation Partners with Landmark in Performing Arts.

The foundation recently donated $10,000 to Landmark on Main Street.

The Peter and Jeri Dejana Family Foundation recently donated $10,000 to , and will be a Partner in Performing Arts for Landmark’s 2012-2013 Season. 

That's good news for the Landmark, whose performances include a mix of Grammy and Tony Award-winning performers, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, children’s shows, world-renowned dancers and more. The theater offers as many as 35 to 40 shows a year.

Another draw for the Landmark is its affordable ticket prices – some tickets cost as low as $25. The theater is also known for its accessibility. Located withing walking distance from the Long Island Rail Road train station, there is also free parking. 

The Dejana Foundation, in seeking to support organizations that offer quality services to a broad range of residents in the community, said the Landmark’s venue and performances meet these criteria.

“Our partners provide significant support that allows Landmark to offer a full season of high quality programming to our community at relatively low ticket prices,”  Landmark’s Executive Director Sharon Maier-Kennelly said, in a statement. “We are so grateful to the Dejana Foundation for their very generous gift.”
