Film: “Amador”

This drama from Spanish writer, producer and director Fernando Leon de Aranoa centers on Marcela (Magaly Solier), a young woman who takes a summer job caring for a bed-ridden older man, Amador (Celso Bugallo), and the intimate secrets they share with one another. In Spanish with English subtitles. Also, Debra Winger, Larry Pine and Halley Feiffer star in Gabriel Nussbaum’s short drama, How It Ended (2011-18 min.).
