The Art Guild’s Works’12 Exhibit at the Graphic Eye Gallery
The Art Guild of Port Washington, Inc. (TAG) will hold its annual member group show, Works ‘12 at the Graphic Eye Gallery, August 30-September 30. Eighteen artists will exhibit original works done in a variety of styles and media including drawing, mixed media, painting, pastel, photography and sculpture. Located at 402 Main Street (across from Louie’s and Inspiration Wharf), in Port Washington, the gallery is open Thursday-Sunday from 12:00-5:00 PM. A reception for the artists will be held on Saturday, September 8 from 4:00-7:00 PM. Street parking is available with the Town Dock parking lot located nearby.
Artists participating in this year’s exhibit are: Diane L. Bares, Aleta Crawford, Ivan Frisch, Frederick Giner Jr., William Heapps, Shelley Holtzman, Randy E. Kraft, Milt Masur, Aija Meisters, Joel S. Meltzer, Will Rubenstein, Ellen Savran, Ellen Hallie Schiff, Jose Seligson, Barbara Spivak, Marcia Weisman, Craig Werle, and Kathleen West.
The Art Guild of Port Washington, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing encouragement, education and a forum for the appreciation of the visual arts. The Art Guild strives to offer residents from local and neighboring communities an avenue to broaden their creative pursuits.
