The job market may be improving but it's not all good yet, according to outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas.

The company is cautioning that "A tight job market, combined with stagnant wages and less upward mobility can leave workers feeling frustrated. 

"In this environment, animosity between coworkers stemming from personality conflicts, differing work styles, or competition can be amplified," the firm said, "resulting in a wide variety of workplace problems, from lost productivity to increased and open hostility."

In Store Banker, Citizens Financial Group

Engage current and potential customers in the aisles, at the check-out counter, and at the front door of the host retail partner. Set prospect meetings at initial contact or through proactive follow-up. Establish customer relationships, conduct telephone prospecting, outbound calls, follow-up and face-to-face meetings.

Biomedical Research Statistician

Associate research statistician provides statistical advice and/or collaborative support to research for the health system. Performs the overall statistical duties of selected research projects. Prepares reports and interpretations of statistical analyses of data and submits such reports to senior research statistician for review. May work independently on selected projects. Conducts statistical and/or epidemiologic research. Develops and teaches statistics and/or epidemiology courses to health system staff.
