Responsible for the review and validation of monthly  invoices and expense documentation  to ensure contractual compliance with grant agreements and the granting agencies, such as the Department of Energy, NYSERDA, FEMA and SEMO. Compile and submit grant invoices.  Create audit ready work files and be available to respond to audit inquires.  Prepare monthly summaries and quarterly financial reports and, enter data into sharepoint site.

Director of Operations

Act as the branch manager, overseeing all location operations, Logistics, Transportation, Pricing, Freight Forwarding, Sales, Ocean, Air

* Responsible for regulatory compliance and pricing / purchasing activities
* Manage the other Account Managers
* Ensure the quality of the customer service department
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Negotiate with vendors to cost-efficient pricing
* Responsible for all regulatory compliance (C-TPAT, TSA, FAA, FMC etc).
* Maintain and refine SOPs

Curbside Marketing duties that include but are not limited to:
· Hold advertising signs, wear a sandwich board or engage in any other form of curbside marketing outside of the store location to attract guests for the immediate purchase of an oil change.
· Must be engaging and energetic to the guests by moving around, waving or any other action that is appropriate and safely grabs the attention of the guest.
· Clean and maintain the guest lounge, restroom, parking lot and all property surrounding the store.
· Distribute coupons and fliers.
· Travel to various stores as assigned by management.

Executive Office Supervisor, North Shore LIJ Corporate Services

Plan, organize, supervise and coordinate clerical staff and activities of the department.
Hires, trains, disciplines and supervises staff. Evaluates performance and ensures appraisals are completed on a timely basis. Trains new associates in departmental methods and technical procedures; instructs support staff on new procedures. Plans, organizes and controls the clerical activities of the department. Reviews and evaluates existing clerical systems to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Manager Trainee, Hertz

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supports achievement of location sales and margin goals by working closely with Location Manager on assigned tasks and develops management skills to qualify for promotion to the next level by successfully meeting daily challenges with hands-on experience.
  • Ensures a positive customer experience by effective management of rental process to include qualifying the renter and completing contracts.
