Hinck's Delicatessen Re-opens on Saturday

The deli will resume its regular hours.

Fans of "Lenny Special," tuna with sweet red pepper on unseeded rye, or fresh turkey sandwhich, take note. The deli will be back in business, beginning Saturday, at 6 a.m. 

The popular deli, which closed its doors , will resume its normal hours of Monday-Saturday 6 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday 6 a.m.-3 p.m.

The Hinck family would like to thank everyone involved in helping restore our family’s business since the fire on July 12, especially: Chief Geoff Cole and the , , St. Honore Bakery, our landlord Dr. Myung Han, John Lewis, , , and our employees Mike Pogo, Jack Passauer and Justin Joyce.  

We would also like to extend a special thank you to all of our Facebook supporters who kept our spirits up with their kind words of encouragement and shared their favorite Hinck's items.
