Sold homes, under contract, and new listings in Port Washington and Sands Point.

Here are four homes that sold during May 28 through June 3 in Port Washington and Sands Point:

  • 57 Morewood Oaks - $710,000
  • 7 Leeds Drive - $725,000
  • 240 Pond View Drive - $885,000
  • 140 Sands Point Road (Sands Point) - $999,000

57 Morewood Oaks is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath split level, which sold in a quick 23 days. Seven Leeds Drive, a 4-bedroom, 2.55-bath (2 full and 2 half baths) colonial, took a quite a bit longer to sell, 204 days. 240 Pond View Drive, on the market for 42 days, is a townhouse in Mill Pond Acres, a gated senior community, and has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. 140 Sands Point Road is 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on more than 1.24 acres. It was on the market for only 45 days.
