By Lee Anne Vetrone-Timothy

Wit & Whim, a unique philanthropic gift shop located in Port Washington, will donate 100 percent of their profits after expenses during the month of October to the Port Washington Education Foundation, according to Laurie Scheinman the store's creator.

“As we alternate our monthly philanthropies between local, national and international organizations, we chose the PWEF for October as a thank you for all the opportunities they provide for PW students," said Scheinman.
