Two Businesses to Fill Former Hollywood Video Space

Sherwin-Williams, I Love Kickboxing to move in to Stop & Shop Center in Port Washington.

Two new businesses will fill a vacant former Hollywood Video store in at 47 Shore Rd. in Port Washington.

The new stores join Stop & Shop, Home Goods, Radio Shack, Port Washington Village Hall and other retailers in the center.

  • Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, which leased 2,950 square feet. It is expected to open by the second quarter of 2014.
  • I Love Kickboxing, which leased 2,500 square feet. It is expected to open by the second quarter of 2014.

Ed Czarniak, an associate at Sabre, represented the landlord, Ahold USA, the parent of Stop & Shop, in both transactions.
