Updated COC Guide Promotes Local Business

"Try Port First Directory of Businesses and Services" mailed out to residents June 28.

For those looking for goods and services available in Port Washington, a free, compact guide provided by the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce might help.

The newest version of the "Try Port First Directory of Businesses and Services" was mailed out to residents June 28. Extra copies available at the COC office.

The directory provides a complete, up-to-date listing of businesses, services and organizations that are located in Port Washington, according to the COC. It also contains a map, places of interest, public agencies and houses of worship.

The cover photo, by town photographer John Meehan, is an aerial view of Baxter’s Pond, Manhasset Bay and west to the skyline of New York City.

For extra copies, or for those who did not receive theirs in the mail, contact the Chamber of Commerce at office@pwcoc.org for information on how to receive the guide.
