Port Washington resident Natalia Rankine-Galloway isn't just a new mom, she is also a new business woman. As a child, Natalia moved around a lot, and now that she is a military spouse, she continues to have many friends abroad. When her son was born, she was given gifts from all over the world, which is the premise for Culture Baby.
