Who pays the Buyer’s Agency fee? For all property listings extended through the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, MLSLI, (most properties on the North Shore of LI, NY), the Buyer Agency Compensation is paid by the Seller at the closing from the proceeds of the sale.  Experienced Buyer Representation provides an expert advocate, to advise, negotiate and recommend other service professionals at no cost to the Buyer!  Buying your new home is easy for me; I do this all day every day!
