A New Years Eve 'Mile of Lights' in Flower Hill

Family-friendly event takes place Monday evening.

The luminary trail in Flower Hill – postponed this year because of a rainy Christmas Eve – will be lit New Years Eve from approximately sundown to midnight.

The trail can be spotted along Country Club Drive, Hewlett Lane, Birchdale Lane, Farmview Road, Greenbriar Lane, The Spur, and Brookside Drive.

Neighbors of all religious beliefs join together each year to wish peace and goodwill to their community and all the world. The tradition started more than 20 years ago, and has been coined the "Mile of Lights."
