Feb. 2: Ice, School Delays and Groundhog Day

Wednesday morning is a slippery one, so exercise caution while outdoors. Here's what else you need to know.

1. The  will have a delayed school opening because of a freezing rain advisory, which the National Weather Advisory said could remain in effect until 9 a.m. Wednesday. Port Washington could be left with as much as one-quarter inch of ice accumulation.
