Homes Sold in Port Washington

Four homes sold in Port Washington/Sands Point from Feb. 9 through Feb 16.

It was a bit slower for homes sales in Port Washington this past week compared to last week. From Feb. 9 through Feb. 16, four homes sold. The average sold price was $727,750 compared to the average list price of $756,000, a 3.75% difference. The average "days on the market" was 42, and the average property tax bill was $13,479.

Here are the homes that sold:

66 Marino Avenue – $589,000

7 Maple Drive went under contract - list price $1,100,000, and nine homes went on the market in Port Washington:

11 Winthrop Road – $899,000

40 Greenbriar Lane – $1,449000

62 Orchard Farm Road – $1,799,000

218 Harbor Acres Rd. - $2,195,000

50 Wood Valley Lane – $2,248,000

And one in Sands Point:

25 Cornwells Beach Road – $2,950,000
