Port Washington

For this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, the sellers received 94 percent of the most recent listed price. The house was on the market for 42 days, and the taxes on the property are listed at $12,698.14.

  • 180 Harbor Rd. - $1,835,000

This 4-bedroom, 3-bath ranch also received 94 percent of the asking price. The house was on the market for 206 days, and the taxes are listed at $24,220.07.

Five homes went under contract in Port Washington (price shown is asking price):

  • 60 Roger Drive – $660,000
  • 9 Hillside Avenue – $899,000

  • 30 Reid Avenue – $1,875,000

One home went under contract in Sands Point:

  • 140 Sands Point Road – $1,120,000

It looks like the spring market is in full swing with 10 homes coming onto the market this week, all in Port Washington. Prices range from $439,000 to $1,729,000.
