Thanksgiving Day Road Closures
Some roads in town will be closed during Thanksgiving Day run.
Thursday is the annual Port Washington Thanksgiving Day 5-mile Run. And that means certain roads will be off-limits to cars.
The is advising of the following road closures on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25, 2010, beginning at approximately 8 a.m. and re-opening at approximately 10:30 a.m. Manorhaven Boulevard, Cow Neck Road, Middleneck Road, Port Washington Boulevard, Sandy Hollow Road, Harbor Road and Shore Road will be closed to all traffic during the event.
Last minute grocery shoppers take note: There will be restricted access to , and other businesses along Shore Road during the run.
