12th Annual Candle Lighting Ceremony

Join us in remembering and celebrating the lives of those touched by dementia.  Light a candle in memory of those who have passed, in honor of those who  currently have dementia, as well as family caregivers who have given or continue to give of themselves to care for a family member with Alzheimers or a related form of dementia.  This moving tribute will include a moving photo montage of loved ones, several inspiration speakers, all who have been affected by this disease.  If you would like to submit a photo of someone who has passed, and want to have them included in this tribute and photo montage, just call Anna Warmuz-516 767 6856.  There will also be light refreshments after the tribute ceremony.
