Please join the board of the Port Summer Show in the Lapham room at the Port Washington Library at 7:30 on Feb. 7 to begin planning for this year's show!

The Port Summer Show puts on a high quality musical every summer the first weekend of August. Teens entering 7th grade in the fall through current graduating
seniors are eligible to audition for the cast. Port Washington teenagers also help on the technical crew and play in the pit orchestra.

This meeting is both for parents of returning cast members and parents of Port Washington teens who may be interested in auditioning for the first time. A dedicated team of parent volunteers is essential to the success of the summer show and we hope to begin putting that strong foundation in place at this meeting.

Some of the shows that are being considered for the Summer of 2013 are Hairspray, Meet Me in St. Louis and Legally Blonde. For more information, you can contact the co-presidents, Susan Hoffman at 883-5051 and Elise May at 883-2569.

Particularly out of line since it's a shared-use puddle for camp groups splashing, not a good poolRead More venue for individuals swimming.

The TONH should be under some investigation for charging such a high fee for a very short summerRead More season. You lose most of june and the pool closes in early September. Better off paying as you go just purchase the parking permit which is good at the Manorhaven Pool and the Harbor beach. Stop buying a season pass in protest to the yearly excessive price increase.

And speaking of investigations, what's up with Jonny's Roslyn CC fiasco?

Contact the Village and the water district, it's probably a problem with a pipe on your street.
