Instructor Cheryl Woods is a creative professional with over 25 years of experience in the photography, design and marketing fields. She is the Creative Content Manager for the blog, The Décor Lounge and is a contributing blogger for Savage Universal’s official blog. Previously, Cheryl was the photo editor and blogger for the blog Simplifying Fabulous. She oversaw the branding as well as the redesign of both The Décor Lounge and Simplifying Fabulous.



Her photographic work includes portraiture, editorial, fashion and product photography for major companies in the consumer products industries including QVC, The Company Store and Publishers Clearing House. In addition to her photographic work, Cheryl is a Creative Brand Strategist at her marketing company, Brand Salon-- offering engagement marketing, content creation, graphic design, web development, public relations and social media management.



Cheryl holds a B.F.A. in Photography from the University of The Arts in Philadelphia and an M.F.A. in Media Design from Full Sail University. Her fine art photography has been exhibited at the Lowes Museum of Art in Coral Gables Florida, The New York Independent Film Festival, The Film Artists Revolution in New York City and the Rosenwald Wolf Gallery in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
