This year’s Parent Resource Center Annual Dinner and Auction, taking place on Saturday, May 21, will honor Julie Meer Harnick.
Meer Harnick served on the PRC Board as Treasurer for six years and then as Executive Director from 2003 to 2006. She is currently Executive Director of the Community Chest of Port Washington and Treasurer at the League of Women Voters for Port Washington/Manhasset.
The Annual Dinner and Auction will take place at The Clubhouse, Harbor Links at 8pm on May 21. Tickets will be priced at $95 per person and the evening will include dinner, dancing and a variety of raffles including a 50-50 that has historically paid out close to $3,000. All proceeds will benefit the Parent Resource Center Outreach program to provide scholarships for children from low-income families who reside in the community.
