This Sunday is Karmacue, the annual fundraiser to benefit the Community Chest of Port Washington, which raises funds for distribution to local charities dedicated to improving people's lives right here in town.
The event takes place at Alper’s Hardware, and features food, a cook-off, a wings-eating contest, crafts, music and more.
The festivities start at 11:30 a.m., and go till 4:30 p.m.
It’s the chance to enjoy a meal, meet up with friends, and support community members in need.
