People of Port Washington, you are lucky to have these overpriced homes to sell. I just came back from a weekend in Binghamton NY where very nice houses are selling in the $150,000 to $300,000 range. And contrary to myth, there are jobs available for qualified people. Just ask my daughter and son in law. Also, recently my neighbor's son moved to Charlotte, NC and purchased a beautiful house for $200,000. So when the Port Washington bubble bursts, we will all be stuck with high mortgages and property worth no where near what we paid for it. Sounds like foreclosure city to me.

It will never burst my friend. Good schools, short train ride to manhattan, and a great diverse community.
