Cynthia Pfister, 69, Dies

The long-time Port Washington resident loved her community.

Cynthia (Cindy) Pfister passed away on Feb, 7, 2013, at age 69. Devoted wife of 42 years to Frank. Loving mother to David (Jennifer). Adored grandmother of Ryan and Patrick.

Cindy was a school bus driver in the 1980s and 1990s for Pierce Coach Line, a familiar face to many who went to school in Port Washington. She was also a devoted 40-year member of the Port Washington United Methodist Church. Cindy loved Port Washington and everything about it.

Reposing will be at Austin F. Knowles, Inc., Funeral Home, 128 Main St., Port Washington, Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Religious service Monday 11:30 AM at the United Methodist Church. Interment Nassau Knolls Cemetery.
