If you have noticed, ever since Adina Genn left Port Washington Patch, the 'local' news has become less and less local. From advertisements for Grown Ups 2, which received a whopping 7% from critics, to College Essay help (there are websites devoted to that) Patch has been getting worse and worse! I used to enjoy Patch for it's up-to-date LOCAL news. If I wanted college essay help or if I wanted to find out how to roast beets I would go on collegeconfidential.com and allrecipes.com, respectively. Please comment and convince Patch to go back to the way it was- informative, relevant local news. Thank you.
