Cops: Sands Point Burglar Caught

A Clifton Park man was arrested Monday for allegedly breaking into six homes, including one in Sands Point, cops said.

According to police, Spencer Williams, 51, broke into homes and stole jewelry at the following locations:
  • Dec. 12, 2012: Grosvenor Place, Thomaston
  • Nov. 24, 2013: Merrivale Road, Great Neck
  • Nov. 24, 2013: Nassau Road, Great Neck
  • Dec. 20, 2013: Merrivale Road, Great Neck
  • Dec. 21, 2013: Wooleys Lane, Great Neck
  • Dec. 21, 2013: Forest Drive, Sands Point
After an investigation, Williams was arrested Monday at his Clifton Park home without incident. 

He's charged with six counts of second-degree burglary and his arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.

Thank Goodness they caught this guy! Nothing was ever said after this had happened and we knew he was on the loose! Can't believe he actually stole from 6 homes! He even got to go back home after these robberies to Clifton Park, NY!! He was arrested at his home there. Stay where you are! Why come here to steal?? I'm just glad he was caught!!!!!
