Crime Report: Man Arrested for Shoplifting
Incidents and arrests in the Port Washington Police District over the past week.
The following information is taken directly from the Port Washington Police District's Felony Report. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.
Arrests:
A Great Neck man was placed under arrest for shoplifting at 75 Old Shore Road on Aug. 2 at 6:31 p.m.

Complaints:
A man reported that unknown person(s) conducted criminal mischief to eight vehicles parked on Fairfield Avenue on Aug. 5 at 7:23 p.m. A local investigation is underway.

A man reported damage to his auto parked at 458 Main Street on Aug. 5 at 11:22 p.m. A local investigation is underway.
A woman reported the theft of her golf clubs from her unlocked auto at 1009 Port Washington Blvd. on Aug. 6 at 6:08 p.m. A local investigation is underway.
