Nassau County police said a woman was threatened with a knife and robbed Friday evening after she returned to her car in Mineola.

According to police, a 42-year-old woman was placing items in her car at 120 Mineola Blvd. when she was approached by a masked man who then took the woman's purse and fled on foot towards Willis Avenue. Read on.
Nassau County Police are investigating a robbery that occurred on Friday, Nov. 29, at 5:25 a.m. at the BP Gas Station in New Hyde Park.
