Police Commissioners, PBA Reach Tentative Agreement

The agreement is subject to ratification.

The Board of Police Commissioners of the announced it reached a tentative memorandum of agreement with the Port Washington Police Benevolent Association on a collective bargaining agreement.

The agreement covers a three-year period from Jan. 1, 2010 through Dec. 31, 2012. The last PBA contract expired in December 2009. 

According to Commissioner Angela Mullins, the new agreement is subject to ratification.
