The following information is taken directly from the Port Washington Police District's Felony Report for the week of July 26 through Aug. 1. In all felony reports published on Patch, none of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed;  all complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.

An East Elmhurst man was placed under arrest at 395 Main Street on July 29 for driving while intoxicated.
