Port Washington North will hold a public hearing to discuss a moratorium on the decision to build a T-Mobile cell phone tower at 26 Valley Road. The hearing has been set for Dec. 7 at the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m.
A moratorium would give the village a legally authorized period of delay on T-Mobile application that was submitted in October.
At a recent village meeting, Trustee Michael Schenkler said, "We'll consider rewriting legislation."
