A storm water drainage pipe will be fixed at Tully Park.

The Town of North Hempstead authorized the construction of emergency repairs at Tully Park. The repairs will include: a storm water drainage pipe at an estimated cost of $510,000 and authorizing the issuance of such bonds to finance the project.

Town Supervisor Jon Kaiman said that Tully Park has been affected by a sink hole and decades of inadequate land and pipe system.

“Tully Park is ready for changes and improvements to its infrastructure and the pipe system is ready for replacement,” Kaiman said.

According to the resolution for this project, the storm water drainage pipe which is connected to the Leonard Boulevard system, including but not limited to the installation of temporary fencing, relocation of utilities, pumping and excavation, acquisition and installation of a replacement precast concrete structure and pipe and ancillary work in connection with the foregoing is included on the list of improvements.

The dang place was built before it's time on an ash and raw garbage landfill. It underwent major rennovation and reopened in 2010. Now it needs "changes and improvements to its infrastructure". How much more money are we going to have to invest in this sinkhole?

It seems like Kaiman has become a drunken sailor on a spending spree amid talk that he is being forced out every day we hear about another free bee for the connected people . let's pay the owner of Roslyn country club $2,000000
then let's pay great neck art center $3.500,000 ok now let's pay owner of shield building in port Washington $900,000 ok now let's pay $500,000 to fix Tully park which was just redone in 2010. these expenditures are the ones known to us. how about all the no show jobs we are all paying for ? Kaiman should be forced out of office today he is a disgrace .

The state railway, Deutsche Bahn, operates http://www.outletcoachstoday.com what it calls - using the English that http://www.coachoutletod.com infuriates language purists - a Call a Bike scheme. http://www.coachs-outletcar.com There is a bank of red bikes outside the station. On the bike, http://www.coachoutletdp.com there's a telephone number which you call, and http://www.coachoutletwo.com the voice at the other end gives you a code to http://www.coachfactoryoutletsp.com unlock the bike. When you've finished, you lock it http://www.coachfactoryoutletli.net to something fixed and call the number with a code and somebody picks it up. http://www.coachfactoryoutletce.org You will be charged eight cents a minute. But most of us have our own bikes. We http://www.coachoutletonlinelc.net do not wear helmets. It is foolish, but we don't. I always mean to - but I http://www.coachoutletonlinesc.com don't. I realise that the brain is man's second favourite organ - but I still http://www.coachoutletonlinelsa.com leave my helmet behind. There is an argument now that if cities insist on http://www.louisvuittonoutletct.com helmets for bike-hire schemes, then people simply don't ride bikes. And if http://www.louisvuittonoutletti.org people don't ride bikes, then they're less fit and that means that more of them http://www.coachoutletrf.com die of heart-attacks.On this argument, insisting on helmets raises the overall death.

The TONH should be under some investigation for charging such a high fee for a very short summerRead More season. You lose most of june and the pool closes in early September. Better off paying as you go just purchase the parking permit which is good at the Manorhaven Pool and the Harbor beach. Stop buying a season pass in protest to the yearly excessive price increase.

And speaking of investigations, what's up with Jonny's Roslyn CC fiasco?
